    Hi,

     

    on http://www.h3c.com/portal/Technical_Support___Documents/Software_Download/Switches/H3C_S5500_Series_Switches/H3C_S5500-EI_Series_Switches/ there´s a new firmware listed for the H3C S5500-EI (HP A5500G EI). I cannot find that firmware on HP´s homepage.

     

    Well, how can I access it? How can I get it?

    Does anyone know how long does it take to HP to release H3C firmwares? I've noticied that sometimes the latest firmwares available at HP's site are a bit behind the ones at H3C site.

    Yes, this is incredibly annoying as you can't actually download the firmware form H3C:s site without some kind of partner account. The firmware you mention is on HP:s site now, but the exakt same firware version for the S5120 platform isn't yet... :(
