Guest Access Environment Configuration - Captive Portal

    Hello,

    After the user is redirected to the captive portal and completes the registration process, the next step should be granting internet access and automatically redirecting to the website.

    However, internet access is not being granted as expected.
    Has anyone experienced a similar situation and could share their insights or a possible solution?

    you need to provide more info, which type of APs? model? firmware versions and if you using ClearPass?
