There are plenty reasons why the Captive portal is not showing.
What is your Initial Role on the configuration?
How did you setup the SSID?
How did you configure the AAA?
Are your settings configured correctly for ACL (permitting the IP Address of the captive portal, permiting DNS to resolve the CP URL, etc.)

hello guys.
I have a functioning captive portal that requires an email address or phone number. Once entered, the user is sent a password via email or sms. They then have to login on other page with the password but it authenticate automatically and no login page is shown to enter the password
