Hi,

I have a C2000 box. As the techspec, this should have 2x 1Tb hard drive.

But as attachment, i see only 500Gb hard drive via Admin GUI, can anyone help to guide me to check this.

There are two reasons for this.

1. RAID configuration. This wil result in 1TB of useable space
2. ClearPass will create two system partitions. During the upgrade to a new major version ClearPass will switch to the other partion. Because of this ClearPass has 500GB available.

Default recommanded speciication for C2000V is 1000GB, I beleive this is same for C2000 HW appliance aswell.

During installaiton it creates two partitions 500GB of each and in GUI you will see active partiiton disk space. Login in CLI using appadmin credentials and exectue command
