I want to make mi Cells lower by disabling 1 and 2 Mbps rates. I see 2 options "802.11g transmit rates" and "802.11g basic rates", how should I set basic rates in order to permform this action in the recommended way?

Set your basic rate to 5.5 and remove 1 and 2 from both basic and transmit.

You can get more aggresive and remove even more rates.
