  • 1.  How can I search BLE devices via AP

    Hi there, this is my first time using Aruba and I have no experience in this regard. In order to understand many issues and especially for BLE operations, I am getting information from the "8.10 ARUBA IOT WEBSOCKET INTERFACE" document. The relevant document mentions BLE Connections, but there is no information about finding BLE devices. Is there something I missed? How can I search for BLE devices via Aruba?

    Also, check this link https://github.com/FluegelsApps/iot-utilities. IoT Utilities is an Android app that can help get you started. The github page also has links to the Aruba User Guide and other documents as relevant to the exposition. 

    Hope this helps... 

    tldr: configure an iot radio profile to make the iot radio scan for ble devices. use cli cmds to see what the AP observes. Use IoT transport profiles to send the data to an external server.
