How do i configure VSX via Central?

  • 1.  How do i configure VSX via Central?

    Hi,

    we recently got two 8360 CX Switches that i want to unite in one VSX. now ive ran into a problem: the VSX Menu in central seems to be view-only, and the configuration menu only shows VSF and there, only allows 6200/6300 Switches to be selected. (ive tried using new central for this by creating an aditional group for them and moving them there, but new central just replied with "unable to retrieve configuration".)

    all official documentation i found for VSX configuration from Aruba, is done via CLI with no mention of Central other than monitoring of the VSX.

    but the two 8360's are already in central, so do i have to disable central on both of them, config ure them via CLI and reenable Central, or am i overlooking something?

    you can use Multi-Edit to configure it.
