When you say in Classic, duplicate the configuration for each group, what it means? Like to configure in one of the group the SSID and then clone that group? And which API reference to use for this if need to do using API?

In Classic, you have to duplicate the configuration for each group. Easiest to do via API.
But this can be done in New Central easily by assigning it to multiple scopes. The group must be created with "Allow New Central to overwrite all configurations for this group" enabled for this to work.
