As @ariyap mentioned, set source interface IP. With multiple SVI the switch uses the egress interface ip by default, which seems to have happened with you.

Subject: How to define NAS ip address in CX for radius server?
Hello,
Some time ago I added another SVI to edge switch having radius authentication there in ports and noted that after adding SVI authentication attempts failed at radius end because ip address of NAS has been changes. At that time I was hurry and I made quick and dirty solution and added another NAS entry to radius and system started to work okay but...
Is there a way to define static ip address in configuration which should be used to contact Radius server? Found few nas-ip-address related configurations but there is no way to insert either vlan nor svi data into them?
