If you don't mind parsing a bit of data you can simply go to the Endpoint screen and do an "export all" which will give you an XML file of the entire contents of the database.
If you want to do something more scripted you can use the API calls to the /endpoint element and it will return mac address, atrributes and device profiling data that you can use to build your database.

I think you should be able to use Insight to run a report, perhaps using category Endpoint or Radius authentication and then choose "include raw data"
