HP1620-24G No NVRAM?

    Bought HP1620-24G few days ago.

    Got strange troubles with tuning; then find out that when I turn off switch (unplug cable) it lose all settings and boots up for 2-3 minutes. Is it normal?

    How can I configure it when all settings will lose with next power off?
