  • 1.  HPE iMC not clearing recovered critical alarms

    Hello,

    I have iMC 7.3 running on our office server. We had a fresh reinstallation 2 months ago due to massive missing records. Everything seems to work fine after the fresh installation however I did notice that out of the many critical alarms we have, once they are recovered, the critical notification did not clear of. We had to manually recover those alarms. Please help me to automate this.

    Hi, at the moment there is no possibility to automate this. Yopu can only delete all recovered alarms, or query a list of recovered alarms in a time frame and delete it then. No API for delete only recovered alarms up to now.

    Are you sure?  I have a IMC v7.2 and any critial alarms are delete automatically.  I my case, the critial alarms from switches HPE 5130 when It shutdown, the critical alarms clears from console.
