  • 1.  (HPE - IMC) Problems with links on topology maps in IMC

    Good Morning to you all,

     

    I'm having a problem with my map, when a switch lose connection, the switch will appear at the same place, but the link (line) won't connect to it again, and, if I have more decives that are connected to it, won't be "reconnected".

     

    Theres a way to make the link fixed to that switch.

    Hi, not the same issue you reported but I noticed that performing a (re)synchronization on involved switches can help...

    Make sure iMC is able to recieve traps, port 162. Check firewalls on the routes to iMC. It solved similar problems for me.
