We have 3 HPE IRF 5130 stacks experiencing high cpu utilization.  This is causing Cisco phones to reset suddenly as the CPU goes over 90%.  These three stacks were recently upgraded to 10GB links to a 5500 TOR switch.  The high CPU and phones resetting were not experienced prior to the 10GB uplink.  IRF stacks are 5 and 6 switches in size.  Four of the highest processes across all three stacks are PSED, DRVR, SNMPD, LLDPD.

Where do I find information regarding these processes and how to resolve the issue?

The switches are running Comware v3208P03.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

This looks like something changes frequently on the switch and generated a lot of SNMP trap as well as the LLDP information,

    PSED is the port security

DRVR is the related to the interface driver

    SNMPD is the SNMP

    LLDPD is the LLDP

Recommend to raise TAC case as this might require some deep analysis of Logs and further troubleshooting
