Can amyone help with setting up this officeconnect crap! I need a new portal username and password as `i bought the gear from someone else. There is no options to creat a new user. The previous owner gave me his his credencials, but both the web portal and mibile app does not work.. If I try to setup with the app its keeps telling me there is and error and need to restart the installation. just dos not work. The portal just keeps telling me the site "XXXXX" is unrachable using his username and password
