    Hello,

    Upgraded the firmware for HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1820 24G J9980A, from PT.02.06 to PT.02.19. 

    After the upgrade, Port Summary Statistics are missing.

    If I set the Backup image (PT.02.06) as active and reboot, the switch port statistics are present.

    go with  PT.02.18

    PT.02.19 was broken in port statistic web interface

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply & advice. I thought that

    1. this is a HPE/Aruba moderated forum, with actual HPE/Aruba personnel replying in reasonable time
    2. that this switch would still be under warranty/support and the issue would be rectified with a new firmware (received this unit as a replacement for an older model that did not startup properly anymore)

    I cannot confirm either.

    I'll download and install PT02.18 and check back later on for a newer firmware.
