What is the default gateway you have configured on your hosts that are on VLAN3 and VLAN4?

    For Vlan3  192.168.10.2 and for vlan4 192.168.7.1

My firewall is 192.168.3.2 and all pc's connect to vlan1 have 192.168.3.x/255.255.255.0

    Thank You very much.

If you're using those IP addresses as your default GWs, then your routing is probably working fine.

    Do a tracert.

Pinging between workstations often fails due to Windows security.
