IAP-103 - External Splash page with Authentication Text

    I have an Aruba IAP-103 and I'm trying to configure an External Splash page with Authentication Text with no luck.

     

    Splash page Type: External

    Auth server 1: Internal

    Internal server: 1 user

    User: capuser, pw: capgrant, Type Guest

    Captive Portal profile: mysplashpage

    - Type: Authentication Text

    - IP or Hostname: mywebpage.net

    - URL: /wifi

    - Port: 443

    - Auth Text: CONNECT

     

    What do I need to imbed into the web page for the splash page to make this work?
