ASP now is Networking Support Portal. The firmware for the AP-103 can be found here: https://networkingsupport.hpe.com/globalsearch#tab=Software&f-aruba_series=103%20Series%20Campus%20Access%20Points
Please be informed that the AP 103 is end of support for some time, which means the firmware probably has security vulnerabilities. Also, you will need an HPE account with access to the software downloads; which for end of life products may be complicated to get.
