  • 1.  IAP 303 Firmware Update Internal Error

    I'm trying to update firmware for my IAP 303 (current ver. 8) but I'm getting image_check_internal error 001 code 2. I see there's a new version here Aruba Support Portal

    however I'm a personal user and my gmail account isn't allowed to download the firmware. Would appreciate some help

    What version are you trying to update this IAP from? How are you attempting to update the IAP via the built in cloud upgrade function?

    This was an old backend issue which should have been resolved.

    But in either way you should be able to upgrade it to 8.9.0.3 now.
    do you see the error still?
