you can upgrade to E0710H08 which is the latest IMC version.
If the issue still exists you can open a case with the support for further troubleshooting.
Please note a SW support contract is needed for opening a case

I have same issue with CX 6000 switch.
For several of the over 50 switches, the running-config suddenly stopped copying. The startup-config is copying correctly. For the remaining switches, both running and startup work fine. Did you find a solution?

Honestly I am not that bothered, as to spend the time on it with opening the case, it has startup config backup, that is good enough to me

I think there is an ongoing issue with that, where only running configuration of Aruba CX switches is affected and the development team is working on it. I would recommend opening a case with the TAC to get the fix (if you have an active support contract).
