Hi all

In the past it was possible to see IMC licenses, download license keys and do a transfer in the HP MNP but in the current HPE Networking Suport portal we do not see such options.

Has IMC license management changed so that it can be done only via "Open a case" or could it be that our portal credentials just don't have enough rights.

Hello Matti,

The IMC licensing is still done by the My Networking Portal - not to be confused with the HPE Networking Support portal (the rebranded ASP).

You should be able to continue accessing it at: https://www.hpe.com/networking/mynetworking

Could it be that the license is bound to a different account? Perhaps someone else at the company or a general account?

If you send me a direct message with your iMC Serial Number I can have a look for you as well.
