  • 1.  iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0705P12) can't download firmware

    Hi

    We have a problem with downloading the firmware to the switches via liveupdate. iMC has direct access to the Internet without a proxy..
    Liveupdate displays a list of firmware where I can choose the firmware, but after download it is not available from the software manager. There is no problem when I download the firmware directly from the switch.

    I also had a problem with previous versions of IMC.

    Current versions:
    iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0705P12)
    OS Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo

    Hello, 

     

    Apologies for delayed response.

     

    First check if  'mcupgdm' service is running or not?

     

    Also need logs to check the issue.

     

    Can you enable DEBUG level for 'imcupgdm' and repeat the process of software download. Then change the level to 'info' again?

     

    Collect the file /server/conf/log/imcupgdm.txt and share with me.

    Thanks for reply

    I changed loglevel to debug in iMC\server\conf\qvdm.conf and restarted iMC services.

    Unfortunately, after downloading the file only what the result gets is 

    2021-07-20 12:19:05.143 [INFO (0)] [THREAD(3980376896)] backup from file begin.
    2021-07-20 12:19:05.143 [INFO (0)] [THREAD(3980376896)] backup from file end.
