  • 1.  Incoming Faxes via FXS gateway

    I have a number of fax machines connected to the VCX using FXS gateways. When I receive a fax the machine machine does not receive it, it goes directly to the voice mail server.



     



    Can anyone advise on which settings I need to change on the FXS gateway so that the fax machine can receive the faxes and not go directly to the VM server?

    Still needing info on this topic?



    Are you using the Audio Codes FXS gateway?



    If so please post the software version you are using in your next post, then I will post the proper config for that version of code. -Peace

    Yes I am using Audio Codes FXS gateways.



    The gateways are currently running on 5.20A.047.003
