instant how to block client

    I wonder how to block a client on IAP.

    The Security - Blacklisting way doesn't work properly.

    1. I see some iphone clients, I don't want in my network.

    2. I add them in blacklist

    3. The user is still there

    4. I kick him

    4-kick.PNG

    5. But he is still there

    5-still.PNG

     

    How to ban him forever? Why the blacklist doesn't work?

    That should be all that you need.  What version of Instant OS is this and what Instant AP?
