    I have 303 and 505 at my office using the Virtual Controller 

    is AP303H can be connected to the existing network with same Virtual Controller?

    Yes, if it's an Instant or UAP model which can be recognized by the -RW or -US at the end of the product number.

    Here is the AP matrix that shows which firmware versions are supported, 8.12 is supported for 303, 303H and 505.
