Is anyone using Cannon's iWEMC print management software? We just installed or upgraded many MFPs and started deploying this software.
All my printers are running in Tunnel Node connected to MAS switches.
Overnight, the software is reporting lots of connectivity issues reaching the devices. Pings drop, SNMP timeouts, etc. I'm not sure if this has to do with the devices going to "Sleep Mode" and the tunnel dropping, or something else entirely.
Anyone have any experience?
