Issues with licensing pool

    Hi all,

    after updating to 8.9.0.3 I have some issues with assigning MM-licenses to a license pool. In the web interface there is no option available to assign a number of licenses to the pool.

    via cli I get the error: Can't find GSM license available count. Please add license at root first.

    But as you can imagine, there are MM- licenses (permanent) installed and left on the MM. 

    Does anyone get the same error?
