    Hello-
    We have noticed that the majority of our users connected to our wireless network with their Mac systems (running catalina and montery) have very bad experience with their Google-Meets video calls.  Their calls will sometimes hang or the audio will drop off.  Has anyone out there had similar issues?  This is happens throughout our campus.
    This happens with our 215 APs and 105 APs.

    We have noticed a correlation of the issue when using the google meets "troubleshooting tools" that the Connection Delay goes above 300ms when the user experiences the issues with their call. 
    Does anyone have any idea what might be causing that?

    We've worked with Aruba to fine tune the SSID for video/audio calls but we are still seeing the issue.

    Any help or thoughts would be greatly appriciated.

    What code version are you on? (some versions have known bugs)

    Also, we found in our environment that channel 149 may have been causing some issues. We disabled it, and between that and a code upgrade had a much better wifi experience for Macs.

    We're on 8.x, I don't think the same issue affects 6.x
    I think we disabled both channels 149 and 153 and most DFS channels.
    Our stability improved markedly after upgrading the codebase and disabling certain channels.

    We too are having this same issue. We are running v10 and have 149 off for AppleTV reasons. Meetings are terrible. But not only google, also teams and zoom. We cannot turn off all DFS. Anyone have any updates?

    I had similar problems last month, and it turned out our voip provider settings were messing with the packet prioritization on our VLANs. Once we adjusted DSCP markings correctly and made sure QoS wasn't stripping them at some uplink point, the lag and drop-out issues went away. It's worth checking how your voip provider handles traffic marking and if it aligns with your wired and wireless setup.

    Were you able to fix this? We have similar issue on Code 8.10.0.17
