The transfer of licenses can be done through the Aruba Support Portal. You can re-host the licenses to the MM Passphrase (virtual MM) / Serial (hardware MM). You can also open a TAC case and work with them to re-host the licenses. The Licenses on the old controller will still work as you transition.
