I have 2 9012 Controller and user L2 redundancy, VRRP is operate OK but when database can't sync from master to standby with error: 

"Last failure cause: Standby switch did not respond to the start request or is not ready"

and when I show switches, standby controller always "Update in progress" state

So the second screenshot advises that the L2 Database Sync was correct however there is a configuration mismatch (There is different config ID for each switch 2/0). Have you made a configuration change which has caused this to fail, is the IPSEC between both controllers correctly configured? If you can provide the following outputs:

show vrrp

show master-redundancy

show switches debug

show profile-errors

The 'show profile-errors' is a good start to see if there is any failed configurations within your config. Do both of the controllers have a working NTP server assigned?
