Can you tell me a latency of video pitcture between two Aruba AP basically?

802.11n

We need to be withen 100msec.

camera(H264)-------------SW-----AP          -20meter-             AP-------SW--------monitor

Otherwise, is there any reason to difficult tell this value because it is depend on application or circumstance??

Can we just tell if it is within 100msec or not?

Perhaps a broad suggestion - replace the camera and monitor  (end points) with a couple of PCs, and use icmp echo

to determine average round trip time (RTT) over a time period.

Tools like iperf or equivalent could be used to measure throughput, UDP or TCP RTT to more accurately simulate the exact application traffic.
