I have an OnGuard license already overrun (my license is 1K and now is 1.3K) what will happen for the original license if I didn't upgrade the license?

When you have a license overrun situation you will get messages in the Event Log. When you have had these events for eight out of twelve weeks ClearPass will lock the Admins GUI and prompt you to install a new license.

The services will continue to operate normally, but you can't log in and do administrative tasks.

In your case I suppose one additional 500 OnGuard license would be a good option to have some buffer for expansion in the future. Otherwise three or four 100 OnGuard licenses will solve the issue with the overrun depending on the exact numbers.
