MAC filter on 3com baseline 2928

    How do I configure the 3com baseline 2928 switch for filtering ports by MAC addresses?  i want to allow only one MAC to use port 7.  I reviewed the user guide but don't see how to do this.  Maybe this swtich can't do it?
