Many thanks. I see this in the 8.10.0.10 Release Notes:
Bug ID: AOS-248742
Description: A BSSID mismatch was occurring during WPA3 SAE authentication, resulting in frames being sent to incorrect access points.
The fix ensures that the values match. This issue was observed incontrollers running ArubaOS 8.10.0.8 or later versions.
Reported Version: ArubaOS 8.10.0.8

Hello Marcel,
This was a wireless migration from another vendor to Aruba and WPA2-personal worked fine before.
We are currently seeing the issue and getting complaints just right after we switched over the wireless to Aruba.
We have a MC/MD cluster managing our APs.

hi alex,
Problems can have many different causes and it is therefore difficult to help you without additional information or logging.
Did you try to create a simple wpa2-personal ssid, does that work?
I still regularly see problems with WPA3 clients, especially with devices that are not certified by the WiFi Alliance like Apple devices. That's why I would first like to know whether wpa2-personal works properly. In addition, WiFi settings such as channel and channel width can play a role here.
Is this a controller or controllerless setup?
For major issues I would recommend creating a support ticket so they can help you with advanced troubleshooting.

Subject: Macbook not able to connect to Wifi
Hello Experts,
We are running 8.10.0.8 and noticing some Macbooks (13.3 and 14.2) will not connect to our Wifi.
These Macbooks connect to any other non-Aruba Wi-Fi without any problems.
Others Macs on version OS 13.6 connect without any issues.
We have enabled only wpa3-sae-aes and can see a connected client mix of WPA2_PSK_AES and WPA3_SAE_AES
But a handful of devices just would not connect.
Any input is appreciated.
