    May I find out if the microusb cable (grey) that come with the 7205 Gateway is a console cable which can be used for AP635?

    if this is the grey cable most likely it will not work.

    you need a AP-CBL-SERU (JY728A)

    Aruba 7205 Controller Installation Guide

    It is used to configure the Controller itself (See Micro-USB Console Port) on the picture
