    Bonjour,

    Je suis sous HPE IMC PLAT 7.3 (E0605P06) Standard - Windows. Je souhaiterai basculer sous la version HPE IMC PLAT 7.3 (E703) Standard - Windows.

    Quand j'installe la nouvelle version tout se passe bien sauf quand je relance le serveur, le service jserver n'arrive pas à se lancer.

    Pourriez-vous me renseigner svp ?

    I use HPE IMC PLAT 7.3 (E0605P06) Standard - Windows. I would like to install the HPE IMC PLAT 7.3 (E703) Standard - Windows version.

    When, I install the new version everything works fine except when I restart the IMC server, the "jserver" service doesn't run anymore.

    Can you help me, please ?

    Hello,

    You are running into the known issue documented here: https://community.hpe.com/t5/imc/imc-s-not-working-jserver-stopped-and-don-t-start/td-p/7053751#.Y01qrXZBxaQ

    Generally speaking, I would not recommend upgrading to E0703 because of this issue. It's possible to upgrade from E0605P06 to E0705 directly, skipping this version and the issue as a result.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer.

    I followed your recommendation and directly deployed version E0705.

    The update went very well and the services is working properly.

    I have deployed all patches and minor releases up to the most recent update (E0706P11)
