Please note that the DHCP option 12 (Hostname) only has effect when clients re-DHCP. So if you enabled that on a running network, it may take some time before all clients have reconnected to the network. Clients with static IP won't show up.
If you have an external authentication server (ClearPass for example) and authenticate the clients, you can return the IETF:User-Name with the name of the client/user and that would show up in the list instead of the mac address (or username).
