After some review in knowledge bases and with the support of the TAC team, I can configure an USB MODEM 4G Huawei 3276 as 4G uplink.
This is the configuration for a Huawei 3276 with a SIM Card from Movistar ISP in Colombia South America (both CLI or Central is the same, but yo need to make the configuration before to connect the modem)
