    Aruba Conductor/controllers 9240 stops authenticate users and controller report:

     

    show running-config

    Building Configuration...

     

    •             Module SAPM is busy. Please try later

     

    Anyone, please advice

    If this persists through a reboot, i believe you need to reach out to TAC. I believe there are multiple reasons why this might be happening.
