On a project, we are using the Moxa 1137C (firmware 1.5) to support multiple devices behind it using Client-Router Mode and 1 to 1 NAT.
Behavior was very erratic in troubleshooting and often we would not receive ARP responses from all but the first device behind 1137C. This did not show up when using the 1137C with other wireless solutions.
Magic = Turn off "Convert Broadcast ARP to unicast" in the SSID.
Evidently, the Moxa firmware does not process a unicast ARP request as it should. It is only when it is presented as a broadcast ARP does it respond for the devices that are NAT'd behind it.
Moxa tech support was not aware of this. The Cisco Tech Note written by Moxa is a distraction.
