    Hi everyone.

    We meet the Error

    MSCHAP: AD status:Reading winbind reply failed! (0xc0000001)
    MSCHAP: Authentication failed
    EAP-MSCHAPv2: User authentication or password change failed

    After User cannot authentication, we re-join domain and after which a few authentication attempts succeeded, but the failures resumed shortly after.

    Who even meet the issue, and how to solve. Help me please 

    I already open tac, and tac said check the Active Directory of customer,

    In the past I've seen an issue where a firewall was in the data path and blocking traffic. Random ports are used between ClearPass and AD. 

    Is there any firewall between ClearPass and AD?

    Hi Kudos,

      thank you for answer.

    we recheck the firewall between ad and ClearPass on firewall on windows firewall on AD server 2022 have not block the connection.

    We not sure about windows server limit connection or something
