  • 1.  MSM 720 v6.3 LAN Ports Lockup

    We experienced occasional LAN ports lock up on few of our MSM 720s running 6.3.  ALL APs loose connection to the the controller. Rebooting clears the problem.  Anybody has experienced similar problem?

    if you setup runs STP , Try disabling STP on the ports which Controller connects or set it as ST edge port

    Thank you so much.  I could not find the setting for port STP on the Web Admin GUI.  Please note these are not Mobility Controllers they are Access Controllers.
