Wireless Access

Recently we had a tech come in to setup our MSM 765.  After updating and configuring everything seemed to be working correctly.  

Came back over the weekend and now the MSM 765 is restarting every 20minutes on its own.  Has anyone had a problem like this or has any idea on how to solve the issue?

I am running version 6.5.01-19720 with 22 MSM460(AM) APs

Other issues also now occuring are:

AP is silent and possibly down error

SSID's randomly not showing up

Clients having full signal strength but no access to the network. 

Clients gets kicked out from the 802.1x and the Webased (guest)-login.

Please gather the following:

- controller config

- filtered and unfiltered logs

- sysinfo file

- show tech all from the host chassis

Then call support and let us have a look.

It looks that this is 6.5.x.x issue. New firmware 6.5.1 was released, problem is the same. I must downgrade to 6.4.2, that is the most stable version now. Symptoms are the same.
