MSM422 not starting Power LED blinking

  • 1.  MSM422 not starting Power LED blinking

    I have three MSM422 devices, two are working fine but the third one won't start.

    upon power up, either with POE or 48V adapter, the Power LED keeps blinking forever (I left it overnight)

     

    I tried to reset, factory reset. always the same.

     

    in the quick start guide it says contact customer care, any idead before I do?

    I contacted HP customer care and they will send a replacement unit.
