As the topic header suggests, I have a single MSM710 installed and various hosts on the network are set up to be able to access the guest management software and add new guest accounts.
When the users attempt to create a new voucher, they get all the way through the process to the print spooling and the software hangs and no voucher is presented.
Each user has their own printer, the printers work with any other software.
We have installed the software on a clean PC and this works, but still doesn't work on the old hosts.
1 - Is there a specific process to unintsall the HP Guest management software? (It's have it's own uninstall selection)
2 - What could be causing these hosts to not be able to print?
I should add that I have confirmed that the PC's are in the allowed ranges on the controller and that they can all reach the controller and the controller can reach them. The problem seems specific to the Guest management software.
