MSM710 with procurve visitor management tool

    Hi,
    we owned one msm710 with procurve visitor management software.
    If we create a user on box direct for login to oure wlan, user login on msm710 login page works realy good.
    But if we use the procurve visitor management software to create a tiket, user can´t login to msm710 login page.
    The user is created on msm710 over magament software, same as you create it direkt on msm710.
    Same settings, nothing wrong.
    Both entries, from box direct and from visitor software are equal.

    Our msm710 firmware is 5.2.6.
    Visitor software release is 5.2.1.

    Maybe you have got an idea.

    Hi,

    did you assign the guest account to the right VSC (setp 2/5) and activated the account (step 3/5)? If this is the case it is worth trying to update to the 5.3 version.
    I was using 5.3.1.0_B115 and it was working fine for me.
