Hi,

i have a msm760 Controller where i have do recover the password, because we made a restore, that does not work.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I don't think there is a separate password recovery procedure without loosing your settings, but you can restore the factory defaults through the console as written in the MSM760 Getting Started Guide.

You can also use a Cisco console cable, if you don't have one from HP.
