    Hello everyone,

    i need some info about MSM and AP upgrade firmware because i didn't make it ever.

    The upgrade activity concern 4 controller and 450APs on Hospital infrastructure so, to evaluate if activity will make or not, i need to know every step make by controller/ap and an estimated downtime.

    Hi !

    The Controllers work in Teaming? The AP's are local or remote?

    Once you update the controller, it will trigger update to the AP's. The downtime will depend on the download the new firmware time by the AP ... which varies depending on network traffic and the amount of AP in each Controller.
