MSR 20-21 factory reset

    Hello,

     

    Is there a way to do a factory reset on a 20-21? I can't seem to find it if there is.

     

    The device was purchased, setup in a test environment for a couple of days and then put back in the box. I have no idea what the setup or passwords are and would like to reset it to factory.
